I bought a ZTE X max plus. I also paid for the insurance.

For about after a month with the phone, I kept recieving a message saying, "Stock Android has stopped working" and it starts all over again doing the same thing. I was in an accident in March 2018 and was trying to calling for help. My phone hindered my a attempts to get help. I've taken my phone in to T mobile and given a new one.

Again the same thing was happening. I wanted a refund so I may get a phone which is reliable. I was told I could get into another phone only I would be paying for a different phone. I just wanted out of This T moble Trap.

I am upset as Ive never had a phone from ZTE that did this. And Ive had zte phones for a few years now. This particular model sucks.
