Bought mini 7 June 2018. Have used other ZTE before. Pros are fast charging and ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC speakerphone sound..brilliant. Con firstly the Battery for as fast as it charges...drains FASTER. Would be amazing if they changed that problem. Would like it in larger size screen. Sure hope they'll read our comments and act on them. Why be in business if everyone has only negative opinions?

My words are in purposely being misspelled while typing, I keep seeing ads even after removing apps, screen doesn't lock wile talking my face puts people on hold, starts a new call, mutes my calls, The volume isn't loud enough I need headphones most the time.

Phone pauses randomly while listening to YouTube, live streaming, my audio Bible , and SiriusXM. Very aggravating. Contacted ZTE COMPANY and they asked me to put it on different settings which I already did I am not stupid. Didn't help. I pay for Sirius. I want the phone I have too much of my stuff on it. I deserve a rebate since I cannot play music.m

ZTE in San Diego, California - Over Heated/No Battery Life

Ever since the first day I purchased my ZTE phone I have had nothing but grief using it. When using the handset the ear piece gets so hot I have to continue with speaker mode. Battery will not hold a charge, every time I disconnect the charger my phone goes from 100% down to 89% within minutes. If I don't use my phone but a couple time in a day and hours later in the day I go to use it the phone is OFF, because the battery is DEAD.(It shouldn't be). This is the second one I have purchased, I will not buy another, because the first one was giving me similar troubles with speaking and hearing.

It won't turn on our charge. I have a $200 brick, because they won't fix, unless I pay 79 dollars. There was nothing wet, around it. They told me it was fixed, and it's not.

I have an Axon 7 and it truly is an amazing phone. Sadly, ZTE's customer support is, by far, the most clueless group I've ever encountered. here's a sample of my most recent call: Me: "Can you tell me which folder I need to drop my audiobook files into, from my PC, to have them come up in my audiobook app on the phone?" ZTE: "Do you have Internet Explorer open?" Me: "Errr, no. I don't use IE" ZTE: "You'll need IE to use the phone" Me: "Why do I need a browser to transfer files? ZTE: "It says here you need Internet Explorer" Me: "Do you mean Windows Explorer?" ZTE: "No, I mean ... oh, yeah ... Windows Explorer" Me: "I'm in Windows Explorer. That's how I see the folders that I'm asking about." ZTE: "So when you drag the file over, do you see it?" Me: "No, that's why I'm calling" ZTE: "It says here your file is not compatible then." Me: "It's just a basic MP3. Nothing exotic!" ZTE: "Some MP3's aren't compatible." ... and then it became even more comical as the second tech support person tried digging the first one of the ***-hole he had dug for himself. I asked both of them if they had ever "seen" a ZTE phone which they wouldn't answer. Truly moronic!!
