MetroPCS - Poor customer service, incredibly bad phones n rude service

I bought a phone from MetroPCS in Marble Falls Tx on dec 9th 2017. I had hoped horrible service from my phone n customer service people weren't very helpful or compassionate. I had to wait a week for a replacement phone n it was was worse than the first. The only way I can hear or for anyone calling me to hear me I have to put them on speaker n it's still hard to hear. Also the phone has Bluetooth but won't pair with my phone. N I'm getting emails from places I never signed up to receive. The service stinks. MetroPCS won't take care of the problem, but I'm supposed to get a replacement phone from the people who make this phone(ZTE blade,). This is ridiculous! I'm to be inconvenienced because they care less for their customers. I predict they won't last long!!! Also they bill you a week ahead of time!

They ordered me a replacement phone The replacement phone is a defect as well as the first one doing the same as my last phone freezing up blinking off screen gets stuck want download have to constantly reboot it I just got It back two weeks ago when I go in the Sandhills store located at10235 two notch road Columbia SC 29229 they make me stand there hours but can't fix my phone or want up grade me the manager Robert told me that these phones is a manufacturing defect and he had 100 came back for the same problem my phone is still under warranty but they want accommodate me just giving me the run around I try to speak with the GM /owner put he want talk to customer's and they want give you his number or what days he be in the store in contacted customer care twice and I still haven't heard from the store GM they also screen your calls when you call to the store and the answer machine is always full so that shows how much he care

MetroPCS - 3 days phone dead and no help

Oct 13 i got 2 zte blades. Never even offered ins. The oct 16 phone wont power on or charge. Go to store was sent to metro repair store which was a lie. They dont repair. Then i was told i can buy a new phone. I flipped out. Then i call to customer service only to be hung up on repeadiatly. Bottom line 3 days service is what i got and nothing more. Paid for the month but oh well no refund or credit. Guess i go to boost again or cricket or anyone else. Handset serial # 864650035213955 Mr V Elliott

I drove around Sacramento ca. Looking for a corp. Store since the on i go to was closed for remodeling. 2 times i was given the wrong location of where to go for man. Warranty..i finally found the elkhorn rd. Location. I told the rep my phone was dropping sound. not calls and the functions were not woking, ie..if i touched contacts, my camera would pop up. It was intermittent and the rep advised me i needed to update and replace sim, and i told them politely that it was updated previosly and i wanted a replacement since there was no damage whatsoever on the shell or water damage. Now it dosent work at all, and the screen will not work. Not every phone is manufactured with the same care. I feel like going elsewhere. 5 years ago i had a similar issue almost identical, and they were not tripping at all, but the people at the store were condesending and treated m re as if i did not know anything at all. They gave me a new sim and said dont worry, thats all you needed to fix it. Here i am and i dont wish to drive all the way out to elkhorn just to have to say i told you so and then possibly be rude....how do i deal with this ***?

MetroPCS in Stuart, Florida - The Metro 'promise'?

I'm DONE with Metro PCS! Don't you have a store manager to *** out the employees that make-up policy as suits their mood? We've been Metro customers for many years and had no problems, but I never asked anything of them. I bought a phone on Monday from them, had to go back on Monday night, Tuesday and spent many hours trying to get simple apps to work, email, and constantly had problems. The sales person agreed that the phone did not behave as usual. I attempted to return it on Wednesday and was told that warranties and upgrades are for "new" Metro accounts. I was stunned, and pissed. We had a multiple phone plan so we are all going to the competitor today.

Hello my name is Sharon Clark I am making a complaint about my phone this is second phone ZTEandroid Now they replaced and gave me this phone now it keeps freezing up you cant slide to answer gets stuck , and hot. I had a very bad experience with Metro PCS my phone stopped working it would drop calls I will get a message saying that the battery was hot and to take the battery out of the phone and when I call to complain I got the run-around my issue never was solved I pay my bill on time I thought I was a valued customer and a Metro PCS but I see I am not I would like to have some help with my phone as soon as possible

Metropcs Zte Cell Phone Review

Have had metro for many years. Lately my phone makes a wifi call ever morning at 3:45 am to no one. It also goes into airplane mode. Another problem is when u use up ur data u drop call and u have a lot of other problems. They have helped my husband for months with his security code to make a payment, now all of a sudden they won't help him change it to something to what he can remember. He has to go to corporate to get it. He doesn't have any time to get there.
