Phone pauses randomly while listening to YouTube, live streaming, my audio Bible , and SiriusXM. Very aggravating. Contacted ZTE COMPANY and they asked me to put it on different settings which I already did I am not stupid. Didn't help. I pay for Sirius. I want the phone I have too much of my stuff on it. I deserve a rebate since I cannot play music.m

Please help me,I just had knee surgery on Dec 13 my dang chair recliner broke my phone i just received a new less than 24 hours, im disabled can't work can you please help me,I need my phone. MetroPCS - A Corp. Metro store review...

I drove around Sacramento ca. Looking for a corp. Store since the on i go to was closed for remodeling. 2 times i was given the wrong location of where to go for man. Warranty..i finally found the elkhorn rd. Location. I told the rep my phone was dropping sound. not calls and the functions were not woking, ie..if i touched contacts, my camera would pop up. It was intermittent and the rep advised me i needed to update and replace sim, and i told them politely that it was updated previosly and i wanted a replacement since there was no damage whatsoever on the shell or water damage. Now it dosent work at all, and the screen will not work. Not every phone is manufactured with the same care. I feel like going elsewhere. 5 years ago i had a similar issue almost identical, and they were not tripping at all, but the people at the store were condesending and treated m re as if i did not know anything at all. They gave me a new sim and said dont worry, thats all you needed to fix it. Here i am and i dont wish to drive all the way out to elkhorn just to have to say i told you so and then possibly be rude....how do i deal with this ***?

I bought a zte97c phone that I paid 200 dollars for at Walmart and its junk, it freezes cant use the keyboard at times constantly resetting , freezes gets a blue screen and I haven't even had it a year yet. and the problems started with in the first 3 months and keeps...

Cricket Wireless in Riverside, California - Upgraded phone

I entered the store located in Riverside Ca on Val Buren Blvd near Cypress on Saturday 9/16/2016 to purchase an upgrade cell phone. I selected the ZTE Grand X3. Sleek and nice looking phone. Once i paid and left I began to have issues with the quality of the calls. I could hear great but my friends/Family said there was bad static and I sounded like i was in *** I went back to the same store on Tuesday 9/20/2016 to get a replacement. I spoke to 2 salesmen who called the boss (Julian). He wanted to do a reset for the phone and send me on my way. I refused I wanted a replacement. After 1 1/2 hours a call with the District Manager (Miguel) they still refused to give me a replacement. I called Cricket Corporate who said it should be no problem. While I was talking to corporate in the middle of the store loudly they decided to replace the phone. I went on my merry way. within 2 days the phone began to have the exact issues. I took it back today on 9/26/2016 to get a refund I was told by Cricket Wireless as long as it was within 7 days I would incur no costs. WRONG I had to get $25 less because the guy could hear his friend very well so I was lying about the phone being "broken". Call to DM Miguel again still no resolution. So I lost $25.00 because the quality of the ZTE phone was horrible. I will never recommend them to anyone.
